Key Fact
What is the one key fact about your firm or company that is most relevant to your website readers?
The key fact I want readers to understand is that Olsson Law combines direct, personal attorney attention with serious litigation experience and big-firm discipline. Before founding Olsson Law, I spent six years at Dechert LLP, an Am Law 50 firm, working on major product liability defense cases involving large companies. That experience gave me insight into how sophisticated defense teams evaluate and litigate high-stakes injury claims — insight I now use to represent injured individuals. Since transitioning to plaintiff-side personal injury work, I have handled and participated in matters resulting in substantial settlements and recoveries. At Olsson Law, clients work directly with me and receive focused, attorney-led representation from start to finish.
Experience
What is the depth of your experience? Do you have any cases or verdicts that we can place on the website? Do you have any major clients you want to feature? Do you have any other unique selling points that you want to highlight? Some examples are below.
I covered some of this in the Home Page question response, including settlements obtained.
I have more than eight years of litigation experience, including six years at Dechert LLP, an Am Law 50 international law firm, and more than two years at ACTS Law, a leading Los Angeles personal injury firm. At Dechert, I helped defend major product liability matters involving large multinational companies, giving me insight into how sophisticated corporations, insurers, and defense teams evaluate, defend, and litigate high-stakes injury claims. At ACTS Law, I handled plaintiff-side personal injury matters, represented injury victims, developed cases for settlement and litigation, and helped pursue substantial recoveries for clients.
For the public-facing website, I do not necessarily want to mention my prior firm names. I’m open to your recommendation on whether the firm names should be used for credibility or whether the website should instead refer more generally to an “international law firm” and a “leading Los Angeles personal injury firm
I do not currently have board certification, AV rating, major awards, or speaking engagements to feature. I would prefer not to feature former corporate defense clients by name (e.g., Estée Lauder, Juul, 3M, Purdue Pharma) on the consumer-facing website unless you think it would help strategically.
Cases/Verdicts/Studies
Do you have any significant cases, verdicts, and/or case studies that you want to highlight on the site?
Covered above in Home Page response.
Biographies
Please send us the online resumes of all key members of the firm. Add attachments to the email you’ll submit to us with this document.
For the attorney bio, I think a hero-story approach may work better than a traditional resume-style bio. Many competitors have decades of PI experience, so I want the bio to emphasize my path to plaintiff-side personal injury work, Georgetown Law background, defense-side insight, plaintiff-side experience, and direct hands-on representation.
As an example, I like the narrative structure of Daniel Kim’s bio, which focuses on his path, values, hands-on role, and results. I am not looking to copy it, but I like the story-driven approach. https://dklaw.com/attorneys/daniel-kim/
Jon’s path to personal injury law began with a deep conviction that the law should be used to help people who have been harmed. He attended Georgetown University Law Center, one of the nation’s leading law schools, with the goal of becoming a plaintiff’s attorney and standing up for people whose lives have been disrupted by serious injuries.
Jon began his legal career at an international law firm, where he represented large companies in high-stakes injury cases. That experience gave him valuable insight into how sophisticated defense teams evaluate and litigate serious injury claims — insight he now uses to advocate for injured individuals.
Jon then transitioned to a leading Los Angeles personal injury firm, where he represented injury victims and handled cases involving serious accidents, disputed liability, and significant injuries. Since transitioning to plaintiff-side personal injury work, Jon has handled and helped resolve matters resulting in substantial settlements and recoveries.
At Olsson Law, clients work directly with Jon. He combines big-firm discipline with small-firm attention and remains hands-on in every case, providing personalized legal guidance, clear communication, and direct attorney attention from start to finish.
Jon received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and his B.A. in Economics from New York University. He is admitted to practice law in California, Massachusetts, and Texas.
Practice Area List with % Breakdown of Revenue
You can list the practice areas and then the percentage of your overall business.
Because Olsson Law is a new firm, any percentage breakdown would be an estimate rather than historical revenue. The primary focus areas should be motor vehicle accident cases and premises liability/slip and fall cases.
Motor vehicle accident cases should include car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, and uninsured/underinsured motorist claims. I am also open to handling and would like the website to include other practice areas such as bicycle accidents, rideshare accidents, wrongful death, and child injury claims. That said, I am open to your feedback on the best practice-area focus and structure from an SEO and conversion standpoint.

Differentiating Factors
Many clients market themselves as client-focused, results-driven, experienced, and committed to personal service. Please provide a list of services/attributes that make your firm different and truly set you apart. For example: house calls, in-house private investigators, 24/7 phone service, 12-hour turnaround response time, client birthday cards, after-hours scheduling, proprietary technology, media attention, accolades, awards.
Some of this is covered in the Home Page and Bio sections, but the main differentiating factors I want to emphasize are:
- Direct attorney access: Clients work directly with me, Jon Olsson, not just a case manager or intake team.
- Hands-on representation: I remain personally involved in each case from start to finish.
- Free case reviews: Potential clients can contact the firm for a free case review.
- No fee unless we win: Clients pay no attorney’s fee unless compensation is recovered.
- Responsive communication: I strive to respond to client calls, emails, and messages within 24 hours whenever possible.
- Regular case updates: Clients should know what is happening in their case, what to expect next, and where things stand.
- Big-firm discipline: I bring the case preparation, attention to detail, and litigation discipline developed at a leading international law firm.
- Defense-side insight: My background representing large companies in high-stakes injury cases gives me insight into how defense teams and insurers evaluate and litigate claims.
- Plaintiff-side personal injury experience: I have represented injury victims and handled cases involving serious accidents, disputed liability, and significant injuries.
- Small-firm attention: Clients receive personal service, clear communication, and hands-on guidance throughout the case.
- Net recovery focus: I work to reduce medical bills and liens where possible and help address vehicle/property damage issues, lost earnings, medical expenses, and other accident-related losses.
- Modern communication: I want to use technology to make communication, document sharing, and case updates easier and more efficient.
Branding
On second reference how would you like your firm referred to throughout the content if different than the firm name provided at the top of this document?
Please refer to the firm as “Olsson Law” on second reference. The full legal name is “Olsson Law, PC,” but “Olsson Law” should be used throughout the website copy where appropriate.
Attorney Names
How would you like your attorneys referred to upon second mention in the content? For example, John, Attorney John, Mr. Smith, Attorney Smith?
Please refer to me as “Jon” on second mention where the tone is more personal/client-facing, and “Mr. Olsson” where a more formal tone is appropriate. I generally prefer “Jon” for approachable website copy.
Firm Statistics
Statistics and numerical data about your firm can be persuasive and compelling. Please provide a list. For example: Year founded, number of attorneys, number of attorneys by practice area, number of paralegals, largest settlement amount, number of cases, combined years of experience, number of offices, rate of success, numbers relating to diversity, hours of operation, number of languages you can accommodate.

Marketing Materials
Can you provide any marketing materials to help us draft your web content? Resources might include brochures, articles, press releases, PowerPoint presentations, etc.
I do not currently have brochures, articles, press releases, PowerPoint presentations, or other formal marketing materials. However, I have a firm logo, professional photos, and logo files that I can provide for the website.
Content Style and Tone
What type of writing style and tone do you prefer for your website? Are there other websites in your practice niche that feature content that you like or want to emulate? Please provide an example.
Website:
I want the website copy to sound polished, confident, trustworthy, and client-focused. The tone should be professional but approachable — not overly aggressive, cheesy, or “billboard lawyer” style. I want the content to communicate that Olsson Law provides serious, attorney-led representation with direct client access, clear communication, and disciplined case preparation.
I like a story-driven attorney bio and homepage that explain why I became a personal injury lawyer, my Georgetown Law background, my defense-side insight from representing large companies in high-stakes injury cases, and my plaintiff-side experience representing injury victims.
For style, I want the website to feel modern, clean, credible, and high-trust. I am open to PaperStreet’s recommendations on examples of strong PI websites, but I do not want the copy to sound generic or overly salesy.
Example website/style reference:
https://dklaw.com/attorneys/daniel-kim/
What I like about this example is the story-driven bio structure and the emphasis on the attorney’s path, hands-on role, values, and results.
